after like 6 months of waiting my glasses finally came. Dealing with their customer service 6 months ago to now is a night and day difference. They had to of switched up who runs it or something idk. Short of it they messed up but made it right and then some. Im totally happy
I paid extra for shipping and i was also told that my contacts were in stock and would ship out asap, and that i would have them in s couple days. This was on a Tuesday and i teceiced them the following Tuesday. Long story short i called Lens Direct and the associate i spoke to was rude and did not care for my situation. I told her and i will repeat this, i will NEVER do business with Lens Direct again.

I have never experienced such wonderful customer service that Jessica Alexander provided for me. I never write reviews but I could not leave this experience without any well deserved feedback. Helpful, consistent, great communication skills, never left me in the dark I knew each step that I had to do complete for my contact lenses with detailed explanation each step of the way. Hands down best service I have ever had with any company. I will definitely be a loyal customer from here on out. I appreciate Jessica’s help she was amazing and very professional a true asset to your company. Please give your employee the credit that she so well deserves. I am positive I am not the first customer to rave about her customer service skills not to mention the many more that she will receive. What a great service. Picked my lenses online with lots of info about upgrades and once I decided what I needed to order it couldn't have been simpler. Quick label print to ship my existing frames off and then great communication about receiving, making the lenses and then polishing and shipping. They fit my frames perfectly and the prescription is flawless.

I got my contacts very quickly didn’t take to long. Thanks for getting them to me quickly,
Ordered contacts over 2 weeks ago, money was taken out of my account, and I have not received my order. Contacted the Live Chat, Chloe Edwards, and the companies email with no reply. This is the second time that I have had this issue.
Update:
Still no contacts.
Order was placed on December 1 2020 and it is now December 16th and have yet to receive the product I ordered.
Competent service, competitive pricing and a functional website. Seems like a simple thing but opticontacts.com doesn’t have any of those. LensDirect.com has been a pleasure to do business with.
